Private weights are a starting point
LAWRA’s model work uses privately stored, fine-tuned weights and a custom training pipeline. That gives us a foundation for controlled adaptation. It does not replace the need to agree who can access inputs, how information is retained, or which deployment environment is appropriate.
Define the boundary before the pilot
During scoping, we establish the intended use, required source material, permitted data handling, and organisational constraints. Customer-specific data and adaptations must remain isolated according to the agreed deployment and contractual structure. Deployment options are evaluated against the requirements of each project.
Make review part of the system
The output should have a clear destination and an accountable reviewer. For aviation legal work, that means an editable first draft reviewed by the legal team. For a new domain, the review model needs to be designed with the specialists responsible for that work.
Earn the next step
A pilot begins with a narrow scope and a defined evaluation. Decisions to expand should follow observed results and a review of operational requirements. Capabilities such as production integrations and detailed audit trails need to be specified and delivered as part of that progression.
