Start with a task you can define

We begin with the work itself: what comes in, what needs to happen, and what a specialist considers a good result. A focused task gives a model a purpose and gives the team a way to evaluate it. The goal is to support a real process, rather than introduce an open-ended chat interface into it.

Adapt the model and the workflow

Our approach brings privately fine-tuned model weights together with domain-specific training software and controlled output structures. Terminology, input schemas, and review requirements belong in the design from the beginning. Fine-tuning alone does not establish reliability; evaluation and workflow controls still matter.

Measure against the work

A useful pilot compares outputs with an agreed baseline. Review effort, completeness, factual grounding, and consistency can all help a specialist team decide whether the system is doing useful work. We agree the criteria during scoping rather than assume that one benchmark applies to every industry.

Aviation is our starting point

Our working MVP applies this approach to airline legal drafting. It demonstrates the direction of the technology in a defined domain. New applications require their own data preparation, specialist input, evaluation, and controlled pilot; aviation experience is a foundation for that work, not a claim of readiness in every sector.
